The delivery got here on time, but the box was crushed on one side when it arrived. Luckily the bike parts were fine, though some of the packing had come loose inside. It wasn’t a huge deal, but for the price I definitely expected it to be packed a little better

I reached out to customer service and it just took way too long to hear anything back. I was kind of left waiting without a real update, which was frustrating when I only needed a simple answer, if that makes sense. Not the best experience overall

I’m still a little confused by the whole return process. I sent everything back and expected the refund to come through quickly, but it took way longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of frustrating and hard to figure out what was going on.

I picked up my Kink BMX a few weeks back and it’s been great. Rides really smooth, feels light but not flimsy or anything. Turns are easy, small jumps feel good too, no weird wobble or loose parts so far. Took me a little bit to get used to the setup but now it feels dialed in. 5 stars from me

They had the Kink parts I was looking for, which was really nice. A couple of the colors were sold out, though. Still, it was really easier than checking a bunch of other shops.

I found the BMX parts I needed without having to dig around too much, and checkout was simple enough. The order emails showed up right away too. Nothing fancy, just a smooth order overall. I’d probably use the site again.

The sizing was spot on for me. Compared to other things I’ve ordered where I’m stuck guessing between sizes, this fit just right the first time.

Overall, the site looks clean and easy on the eyes. I could find my way around without much trouble, but a few pages feel a bit packed with too much going on at once. Nothing major, just could use a little more breathing room.

I got my bike from kinkbmx.com, and putting it together brought back that familiar mix of excitement and mild panic I remember from trying to fix bikes as a kid in the driveway.

I bought a Kink complete bike from kinkbmx.com, it looked good right out of the box. After a few weeks, though, some of the parts started to feel a bit cheaper than I expected. The pedals got loose, the grips seemed to wear down quickly, and the rear wheel needed truing sooner than I would’ve thought.
I’m not exactly doing anything too wild with it either, just regular riding and a few small jumps here and there. Customer service was fine, so I don’t really have a big complaint there, but the bike itself just doesn’t seem as durable as I hoped. For the price, I feel like it probably should’ve held up a little better.
